Conference Venue

The Napier Conference Centre is located at 48 Marine Parade, Napier. It is Hawke's Bay purpose-built conference venue and is well suited to the Society's annual conference, with a large poster and exhibition room, three breakout rooms and a couple of smaller meeting rooms.

The Centre is 10 minutes drive from the Hawke's Bay Airport and there are a number of transport options to and from the airport. Some of these are:

• Hawke's Bay Taxis

• ½ Price Cabs

• Baywide Taxis

Parking

Limited car parking is available for guests and attendees in the centre's car park, situated in the adjacent Ocean Spa Complex, accessed off Marine Parade, 400m north of the centre's front entrance. However, if parking for more than 3 hours you'll need to obtain a car-parking pass from the venue’s reception. Please note that all other street parking around the centre is for a maximum of two hours only.

There is free wi fi available at the venue.

Child care

Rockmybaby® offers a babysitting service to entertain and look after children while parents are at the conference. Independent arrangements can be made with the company directly at info@rockmybaby.co.nz
