Thank you to all delegates who submitted abstracts. All 297 submitted abstracts have been accepted, and we have been able to accommodate all requests for oral and/or poster presentations. 

Here is the programme summary as at 23 November. 

A detailed session schedule showing daily presentation order is available here (updated version as at 23 November), Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Here is the updated poster schedule (as at 23 November). Poster boards are 1.2m wide by 2.3 high. Your poster can be landscape or portrait as long as it is no wider than 1.2m. 

An updated version of the abstract volume is available here as at 26 November. Printed copies will not be made available.

Pre Conference Workshops

International Continental Drilling Programme (ICDP) workshop: Do you have a great research idea that requires scientific drilling? Do you want to learn how to secure funding and technical support from an international drilling programme? Then register to attend a half-day ICDP workshop that will focus on identifying and advancing projects and proposals that include continental scientific drilling, 1-5pm, Tuesday 27 November. No cost, limited to 50 participants. Please contact r.levy@gns.cri for more information.


East Coast LAB (Life at the Boundary): Communicating Science Workshop: Find out how to effectively communicate your science research to the wider community at this engaging workshop delivered by a communications and media expert. 1-4.30pm, Tuesday 27 November, at LAB, National Aquarium of New Zealand.
